Columna de opinión… la inviabilidad de la cárcel para corruptos, las obras en provincias, y mucho màs…¿caballazos anunciados?
Interesante y aletargante discurso el del Presidente García, pero ¿Qué falló?, soy sincero, terminé de enterarme del discurso por la web de andina, en vivo me dormí, aburrido; pero interesante.
Interesante por que encontré puntos discrepables, García se da cuenta que tiene una oposición que no es escuchada y quiere imponerse “al caballazo”, ¿y si se equivoca?, algo falta en esta democracia, por ello instó al ministro del Interior a ser más fuerte contra las protestas, ojalá se respete la ley, recuerdan que a un gerente de transportes lo detuvieron dentro de su casa, sin aparente flagrancia ni resolución judicial, excesos que recuerdan Bagua.
Se quitó más de 800 millones a los municipios por el Foncomun, y se les restituyó menos dinero, ahora se les anuncia que se les quitaría gradualmente las obras públicas debido a que las ejecutan lentamente, “y el cambio del Snip”, Vladimiro Huaroc dijo hace una semana que se reunieron con el nuevo premier, quien también es provinciano, a fin de dar una solución a este tema.
Parece que otra vez no escucharon a los representantes regionales ¿otro caballazo?, Hay dos problemas de fondo y no son resueltos uno es el burocrático y lentísimo Snip, Sistema Nacional de Inversión Pública; el otro corrupción, que puedan ejercer los municipales, que no se solucionarán con otro Cepa, ¿si el corrupto conoce la selva cual “Ratómulo” en su alcantarilla?, la propuesta me suena tan inviable como la patada prometida en discursos anteriores, por lo inefectiva y populista.
Otro punto que llamó la atención; se cumplió con devolver a su trabajo a los despedidos por el golpe de Fujimori, no se niega la injusticia cometida entonces, pero…¿muchos no eran los que coparon la planilla estatal en su primer gobierno?, ¿no se dijo que no habría copamiento aprista en este segundo gobierno?, ¿Por qué no se hizo justicia en su momento con los jubilados, a los fonavistas y otros más?, forma muy caleta de devolver el favor a sus compañeros.
